"Perfect Fit for My Sister!"

"When 'In Stock' Doesn't Really Mean It"
I ordered some boots that were listed as 'in Stock,' but after they took my order, I got a refund because they actually didn't have any available and couldn't get more. What a letdown!

"Disappointed with the item"
I’m not really happy with this item. The stitching is loose and has some frayed spots. The design is quite odd; there’s this strange skirt-like feature at the back, but the front doesn’t even cover my trousers' waistband, making it look really weird.
The delivery was quick, but the product itself is lacking.

"Regrettably, I missed out on my order"
Regrettably, I missed out on my order. I placed an order and paid for a size 6 pair of click traders boots online, but got an email within a day or two stating that size 6 was out of stock. They offered me the next size up, but I turned it down since it would be too large. I asked for a refund instead, and it was processed a few days later.

"Had a tough time using the site on my phone for over a week"
I just couldn't get an order in after a week of effort. They suggested I call to place my order, but after three more days of trying, I got no response. It's clear they aren't interested in taking my money or orders. I won't be giving it another shot.

"Kudos to Mark for Amazing Service!"
I’m giving a 5-star review for Mark in customer service. He really helped me out with a strange mix-up where I ended up with one pair of men's pants and one pair of ladies' instead of the two pairs of ladies' trousers I ordered! My order somehow got switched with a guy's. Mark managed to get my trousers sent over from the other customer. I’ll surely be shopping with them again because this kind of service is just invaluable!
